Q&A

Can I carry large-size Luggage / Goods onto the school bus?

To avoid obstructing the boarding and alighting of other passengers and affecting road safety, passengers with large luggage / goods are advised to arrange their own transport for destinations.  For more information, passengers may refer to ‘Safety Notes for Passengers’ Luggage / Goods’ in Notes to Passengers.  To safeguard the safety of passengers and bus operation, the driver has the right to refuse them to get on the bus.

Can I eat and drink on the school bus?

For the sake of other passengers and to keep the school bus clean, eating or drinking on the school bus is strictly prohibited.

What can I do if I left something on the school bus?

Each school bus is inspected by the driver upon arrival at the terminus.  If you left anything on the school bus, please fill out the Online Lost Item(s) Form.  We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange for claims once we have found the item(s).  You may also contact the Security Office 24-hour Control Room (Tel: 3943 7999) to enquire about your lost item(s).

In general, we only keep lost items for three months (perishable items, such as food and drinks, are disposed of immediately or kept for a shorter period of time based on the condition).  We dispose of items that are unclaimed and overdue in an appropriate manner.
